The Seven Core Elements of Health

I like studying physical health. Based on my understanding of the seven structure, I have come up with seven core elements of health:
    1. Air
    2. Water
    3. Light
    4. Food
    5. Love
    6. Exercise
    7. Rest
The order is important, and the more I study each area the more it appears that the degree of importance of each core element over the next is also important. This is contrary to my original thoughts. But there does need to be a balance of these seven areas; you can not focus only on water, food and exercise nor neglect air, light, love and rest. I believe that all other elements that relate to health are subcategories of the core elements and will fit under at lease one of the seven. I may elaborate on these in the future. I may also provide links to articles or sites that discuss the topic.

Under air there are areas of clean air verses dirty air - pollution and smoking. Also breathing properly. If there is any validity behind aromatherapy or it's premises it would fit in this category. The skin also needs to breath.

Under water there is good water verses dirty water. The amount that your body needs every day. The amount and type of minerals in the water. Keeping the proper electrolyte balance when drinking the proper amount of water.

Under light there is sun light and artificial light. The spectrum of sun light is far healthier than most artificial light sources. The amount and intensity of the light that we receive. Light is a selected spectrum of electromagnetic waves. I think the full spectrum fits in this area. If there is any validity behind microwaves and cellphones affecting your health it fits in this area.

Under food there is obviously good and bad food. Food combining is far more important than Americans give it credit for. Keeping the proper pH balance is also very important.

Under love there are the five love languages. Also giving and receiving love. Also all types or levels of love. Harmony and music would fit in this area. Virtue fits under this category. Likewise, modesty and clothing to protect from the elements fits in this category.

Under exercise there is proper form and amount of exercise. I like to title this area as work but some jobs that are called work these days do not require any exercise. Labor probably is a better term. How we maintain our posture is also important to our health as we move and work.

Under rest there is the proper amount and hours of sleep. By hours I mean sleeping at night instead of during the day; so when the sun is down. I suppose relaxation techniques fit here as well. Fasting goes in this category because it is a rest for the digestive system.

This is good stuff. I enjoyed them at FHE and enjoyed them here. Are the links hidden for a reason? Sneaky. :)

No, I just don't want a bunch of stuff underlined or turned blue.
