The Kingdom of God

The Kingdom of God

After we are resurrected, those who go back to heaven will enter the kingdom of God. This is called salvation and eternal life. This is the greatest gift of God. Revelation from God shows us that although everyone who fully repents will be saved in the kingdom of God, not everyone will receive the same glory from God.

Those who were the most wicked in this life and did many bad things, after they repent and are resurrected, they will receive a glory comparable to the stars in the sky in brightness. Because these people have been so bad, repentance will be both very hard and very painful but because of Jesus Christ it will be possible. It will also be worth the difficulty because they will become clean and holy. These people will enter the kingdom of God and be in a lower kingdom called the telestial kingdom. These people will receive the Holy Spirit and become servants of God.

Those who were mostly good in this life, after they repent and are resurrected will receive a glory comparable to the moon in the sky in brightness. This will be where good people who had the chance to join the church and chose not to until after they died or joined the church but were not valiant in their testimony of Jesus. This is also where some will go who died without God's law. These people will enter the kingdom of God and be in a middle kingdom called the terrestrial kingdom. These people will enjoy the Holy Spirit and the presence of Jesus Christ. Some of them will be ministers to those in the telestial kingdom.

Those who embraced the gospel of Jesus Christ in this life and held to it valiantly, after they repent and are resurrected will receive a glory comparable to the sun in the sky in brightness. This is also where those who did not need to repent will go; this may be because they died in their infancy or were not accountable for their mistakes and the atonement of Jesus Christ and His grace will allow them to enter this portion of the kingdom. These people will enjoy the presence of the Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ, and Heavenly Father forever and ever. They will receive the fullness of God's glory, grace, and power. Some of them will be ministers to those in the terrestrial kingdom.

All those who make it into the kingdom of God, no matter what glory or kingdom, will receive the testimony of Jesus, and believe on his name and be baptized according to the commandment and be washed and cleansed from all their sins, and receive the Holy Spirit before they are resurrected. They must overcome by faith, and be sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise, which the Father sheds forth upon all those who are just and true. They will come forth in the resurrection of the just and be judged according to their works, and every man will receive according to his own works in the mansions and kingdoms which are prepared.
